Prior-generation Anthropic flagship (released 28 May 2026), now superseded by Opus 5 and the Fable 5.1 frontier tier but still listed on claude.com at an unchanged $5/$25. Kept here because build docs and existing deployments still reference it. As with the current flagship, Anthropic's larger models can produce more tokens for the same source text than the smaller tiers, so validate real cost-per-task against your own prompts.
